The complete set covers American history from 1000 through 1925.

This is the special Patrons of Record edition, with the decorative VFW bindings, gilt-style lettering and patriotic designs. Volume I contains the original registered presentation pages naming Robert S. Rothwell, presented to him by his father William H. Rothwell, M.D., along with the VFW certification/signatures.

All 12 volumes are present.

These are approximately 100 years old and show age-related wear, particularly along the bottoms and edges of several spines. Please see photos for condition. Despite the wear, they make a very impressive display set and would be great for a collector of American history, military history, VFW memorabilia or antique books.
