I refurbish tool batteries. When these batteries landed on my workbench, they were weak. I refurbished them using high quality recycled Samsung cells which are an upgrade from the cells Ryobi originally used. After refurbishing, I capacity tested the batteries at 1.17, 1.65, and 1.90 amp hours.
I can also refurbish your own tool battery to use either higher capacity, recycled sales or brand new cells to give it new life. Ask me about that if you were interested.
If you need a charger, I can include one for $10
