This is the Kabota model MX 5100. It has 51.5 hp hydrostatic Drive standard three point hitch with PTO. It has three remote hydraulics controls from the seat. Two of them are being used for the three-point arms to give tilt and pitch to any blade or box scraper. The extra set can be used for a grapple or other equipment.
