This is a hand-painted oil painting, not a print. It features extensive raised, textured paint and palette-knife work throughout the cathedral, buildings, street and figures. The close-up photos really show the depth and texture of the paint.

The scene is filled with wonderful details, including pedestrians in period-style clothing, horse-drawn transportation, storefronts and the iconic towers of Notre-Dame.

There appears to be an artist’s signature in the lower portion of the painting, although I have not been able to confidently identify the artist.
