This dog was abandoned, pulled into a city pound, and rescued by a 501c3 rescue organization. She is spayed and UTD on vaccines. She's young, about a year and a half. She is non shedding and I believe she is Lhasa Apso. She's a great dog. She's been learning canine social skills since being in foster care. All possible adopters must fill out an application and consent to a home check. This dog will need patience as she continues to learn canine social skills. She is used to dogs, cats, chickens, farm animals. She would do best with a doggie door or attentive person since I believe her first experience with bathroom outdoors was when she was cruelly abandoned. She was a mess when entering foster care. She had never been outside and was terrified of the door. Now she goes in and out without issue. She needs canine companions and must not be expected to ever go in a crate or be left for hours on end. She does fine when I go to work, but I only go to the office 2 days per week. I don't know how she is with children, but she is one of the nicest dogs I've ever had in foster (and I've had a lot). Remember ALL potential adopters must fill out an application AND consent to home check. This is not a first come first serve rescue. I place her with the best fit for her. Contact me for more info.
