We are downsizing.

This dual axle trailer sleeps 6-8 (size dependent). Features, a divided bedroom with a queen bed, 2 closets, and above bed storage. Inside the door is the couch (over the water tank), which slides down into a bed, dinette (folds down into bed), and bunks in the back. The refrigerator is 3 years old (propane and electric), 4 burner stove, and lots of cabinet space. The curtains are insulated and have black-out features. The shower and toilet are both in good condition.

Both vents have been replaced due to age, as well as the furnace and water heater in the last 8 years we have owned the trailer. It has 2 propane tanks and currently has 2 brandnew batteries. Rear hitch mount if you want to pull double.
