Brand new in box, never removed from box. Decided against plan to install through exterior brick wall (my garage has no windows) as I found a simpler cooling solution. Unfortunately I exceeded the return window so now taking a loss by selling. Current price at local Home Depot where purchased is $709 (over $760 with taxes). Bargain at discounted asking price.
