1988 Honda VTR250 Interceptor project bike in used, rough condition.

Being sold as-is for parts or restoration. Has visible wear, missing panels, but mechanically sound. In honesty it could use fluid changed but all functionality works but my be disconnected

The bike fires up but is missing essential parts needed for daily use.

Currently working on a replacement title but will come with a bill of sale.
