I’m relocating and looking for someone to take over my lease at Seven Skies Apartments in Sandy.

💰 Rent Incentive

• Base rent is approximately $1,560/month.

• Media package, parking, and other utility fees will be charged separately by the leasing office.

• I’ll cover $260/month, so your effective base rent is only $1,300/month for the remainder of the lease.

• (Other community fees/utilities charged by the apartment would still apply.)

• The incentive will be provided once the lease takeover has been approved and finalized by the Seven Skies leasing office.
