Super clean for the year! Spacious, bunkhouse, but easy to tow at just over 7,000lbs. TWO big slide outs! Fridge COLD (in both modes), AC COLD, furnace HOT, DC charger/12v system strong. Microwave, range, and oven all great. Roofs intact. No leaks in black or gray tank. Valves tight and smooth. Has additional electric immersion heater hot water element, along with gas heater. New memory foam mattresses. Sofa is a sofa-bed. Remote entry (with two additional mechanical keys). Magnetic door latch. When I got it about three years ago, it already had a newer AC. New restroom sink and faucet, and shower faucet. New shower wall soap/conditioner dispenser (never used). Comes with washing machine which hooks into sink with quick release water attachment. Blink doorbell and exterior camera with hub hardware thrown in too! 7.5 gal propane tanks, both almost full. Some finish and ceiling blemishes I believe from condensation so I used a dehumidifier when I was living in it for the past three years. Slide outs work well, and although the front one is butter smooth, the rear is a bit "clunky", but it works! Note: tires have lots of tread but I'd say should be replaced if planning a long trip only due to date codes -- no cracks I can see, just old. The awning has never been out: I suspect the mechanism is fine, but it's obvious the fabric is not in great shape. I don't have the pole to even try it. The hoses stay with the rental spot where it's hooked up and can demo all functions there, with full 30A power.
