2x HDMI to DVI converters (not tested, they came with the KVM)
This has served my workstation setup well for a couple years but I'm upgrading to something with a bit less cables now. I think all the HDMI cables work but if one of them is fritzy I will replace it with another from my collection.
Pickup in downtown SLC or delivery to SLC/SSLC for $5-10 add'l.
