Vintage Dunelt bicycle from Birmingham, England. Beautiful original red finish with lots of classic details, including chrome fenders, Schwinn grips, original-style saddle, and Dunelt head badge.
The bike is rusty and shows its age, with some wear and patina throughout. It is shaky and will need some mechanical attention, and while the brakes do work, they are weak and should be serviced before regular riding. The tires, chain, cables, and other components should also be inspected due to the bike's age.
It does ride, but I am selling it as-is as a vintage restoration/project bicycle.
The frame badge reads Dunelt Cycle Co. Ltd., Birmingham 40. There is also a number stamped near the seat area that appears to read 586.
Great opportunity for someone who enjoys vintage bicycles, restoration projects, or collecting old British bikes.
