VenmoHe’s a good horse, but not my horse.
Daniel, WY.
Flame/Opie. 15 year old gelding.
UTD vaccines, Coggins, teeth, shoes and vet check.
Has had fine training. Needs reminding. Not a beginner horse, but not a cowboy only horse. In the middle.
We bought him last fall after he was heavily used in arena, 4H, cattle and trail work all summer. We work horses a lot less and put a lot of weight on him. He’s now too much for me (55 year old, B level rider who rides once a week or so).
Very affectionate. Easy to catch. Stands with some fidgets for the farrier.
Big comfortable gaits. Works gates just fine. Wants to move cattle faster and with more aggression than we do (at a walk).
Likes schooling. Crosses water and bog with nudging unless he’s 2nd or 3rd. Then he just goes.
Previous owners trail rode him in the mountains but we haven’t this summer.
Ten 🥕. What we paid for him.
Ask any questions.
