2023 Scout Kenai 8.0 truck camper — first and only owner, fully loaded, and ready for its next adventure.

This is not a base Kenai. It came out of the factory with $16,754 in options on top of the base camper, for an original MSRP of $43,744. I'm happy to send the original Scout MSRP sheet so you can see exactly how it was built.

It's been used and enjoyed but never abused, and anything that came up was addressed promptly. Exterior fastener hardware was recently replaced with stainless.

The Kenai is a lightweight, hard-sided, four-season capable camper that gets into places a traditional RV can't. At 1,265 lbs dry it doesn't overwhelm a truck, and between the diesel heater, the 3000X, the Lifesaver filtration, and the fridge, it's genuinely set up for extended off-grid trips rather than just campground weekends. Water is filtered on demand from the 5-gallon jerry can and RotoPax rather than carried in a heavy fixed tank, which is a large part of why it stays this light.
