“He-Man” – Striking 16.2H Golden Dapple Kentucky Mountain Gelding – Smooth Gaited Trail Horse Description: He-Man is a gorgeous 10-year-old unregistered Kentucky Mountain Horse gelding standing a full 16.2 hands. He is a real show-stopper — tall, muscular, and beautifully conformed with excellent collection and a striking golden dapple coat, flaxen mane and tail. He is a naturally gaited horse with a smooth, comfortable way of going. He has been ridden extensively on the trails and around the neighborhood, where he trots, canters, and gaits willingly and confidently. He is soft and responsive to seat, leg, and voice cues and has been ridden bridleless. He crosses water, handles varied terrain, and is the kind of big, stout, reliable trail mount that turns heads. He-Man is sound, healthy, and a pleasure to look at. He would make an outstanding trail partner for someone looking for a tall, flashy, well-broke gaited gelding. I purchased He-Man two months ago from Kentucky hoping he would also work as a lesson horse at my barn.
