Tow bar hitch receiver plus all hardware and new wiring harness. I just pulled this nearly new receiver from my 2011 F-150 because the truck was totaled.
I’ve safely towed my 6000 lb camper with an 800lb tongue many times with it.
Straight forward easy installation and the wiring harness just plugs directly into the manufacturers receptacle above the spare tire under the bed.
2” receiver and the wiring has both the 7-pin and 4-pin receptacle.
