Tavia truly embodies the 'gentle giant' stereotype standing roughly 16 hands tall with great bone. She was started slow and right with a month under saddle as a 3-year-old with Jakob Bowen then left to grow more. She had a month tune-up in 2024 and then competed in an obstacle course with a teen rider and took everything in stride! She would be considered green, however it's not due to any fault of hers. I have hip dysplasia and as of late I am unable to ride without severe pain. It is the only reason she has not been worked with consistently.

Tavia is tested NN for PSSM and Frame, and she is homozygous black. Her Gypsy sire is also FIS tested NN. She could be registered as a Half Gypsy, her breeder just never sent us a signed form, and I never pushed for it as I didn't care either way. I can get you in contact with her breeder if you wanted to pursue it. Tavia has done live cover and AI with no problems and is a fantastic mother. We sent a grulla tobiano son to the trainer this last year and he is very much like her. She currently has a grulla tobiano colt on her side who is pending sale, so she won't be able to go until weaning the first of November. She is open this year because I am stepping away from breeding at this time.
