This Handi Quilter HQ24 Fusion Long Arm has been used very little in a smoke-free, pet-free home. It was purchased from Daines Cotton Shop in Provo, Utah and has been oiled and cleaned every bobbin change and has been very well-maintained. I've never had a problem at all with this machine. It is on an HQ 12 ft Gallery Frame with an added bonus batting bar. The two touch screens are working perfectly and the machine has always been plugged in with a surge protector for extra safety.
