VenmoWe call him Burt. And he is a very sweet horse.
He is broke to drive and ride, and is phenomenal in front of a wagon, sled, or log.
Burt is 20 years old, and still has some good years left in him, but he is showing his age. He would be good for someone doing light riding or wagon rides a few times a month. I am feeding him free choice hay right now, and he does a pretty good job keeping on his weight. I supplement him with some senior feed in the winter, just to give him a little extra calories when its cold.
He has been on our ranch for 3 years now, and has been an absolute dream to have. Just have too many at the moment and would love to see him go where someone can love him. He gets his teeth floated each year. Trims every 8 weeks, and he does great for the farrier. Wormed and ready to go.
Currently turned out with mares and geldings alike. He is a true gentle giant and gets along with everyone. Won't do well with a bully horse in with him.
Call or text Scott for more info.
