This is a custom-designed cat condo I made 25 years ago. It is very stable, sits on the entryway floor next to the kitchen in our house. The cats like it because it has stairs, steps, two individual sleeping rooms with cushioned pads, an internal stairwell and center hole climbing access. They love to sleep on the top because it gives them a full view of their space. I put their food and water dishes on the bottom floor for easy access. Claudine designed it and I built it - we've loved it for a long time. Selling the house now, so it needs a new home.
