Well loved rig. Have owned 4 summers. Will run just fine and get you going on your next adventure but some fixes must be known, pictures of some.

* generator needs something, not sure. Only used one summer.

*awning was lost to a wind storm. Fixings on rig stayed put with no obvious siding damage.

* there's a hole in a under storage compartment. We usually taped it or didn't use.

*Tear on slide awning but no known issues with it.

*piping from grey and black tanks leaks from the clamp connections.

*current batteries are toast will replace upon purchase or give GC to auto zone

*tires are probably getting close, had checked every trip, Les Schwab always gave green light.

Nice foam mattress, new toilet, recent oil change, cold AC, hot heat, full propane tank, fridge and freezer get nice and cold.

If RV ins and outs are your thing, with a little TLC this old girl still has many years left.
