Meet Mellow Yellow, or “Mellow” for short! Mellow is an absolute sweetheart with a willing attitude and a good mind.

He has been ridden on 2–3 cattle drives and has helped push cattle. My husband, who is not an experienced rider, has ridden him, and my 8-year-old son has ridden him as well. Please keep in mind that Mellow is only two years old and still needs an experienced home that can continue his training.

Mellow:

• Side-passes up to a gate and lets you open it from the saddle • Backs willingly • Has only been ridden in a snaffle bit • Is great with his feet • Has worn approximately three sets of shoes since being started • Gets along well with other horses • Has experience around cattle • Is sweet, willing, and enjoyable to be around
