I’m an overproducer with a healthy, full-term 6-week-old baby and have an ongoing oversupply of extra frozen breastmilk available.

A LITTLE ABOUT MY MILK & ROUTINE:

• Milk is refrigerated after pumping and frozen within 1–2 days.

• Stored continuously frozen in a deep freezer.

• I use the pitcher method.

• Pump parts are thoroughly washed and sterilized daily, plus an additional sterilization cycle weekly.

• Clean, smoke-free and pet-free home.

• No alcohol and only occasional caffeine/soda.

• No special dietary restrictions — I eat a pretty varied diet.

• I’ve tested my frozen/thawed milk and haven’t noticed a high-lipase taste or smell.

• I take routine vitamins and a breastfeeding probiotic.

ABOUT BABY:

My baby was born healthy and full-term and is growing well. We currently combo feed with nursing and pumped breastmilk.
