Rex rats are a type of fancy rat, but they have different fur than a standard fancy rat. Rex's are usually curly, kinky, wooly, or wavy haired with curly/kinky whiskers. It comes from a dominant genetic gene. They feel like a fluffy teddy bear. Most rats need to be paired with another rat, but she doesn't, she does better alone.
