Thisis my red rump parakeet she is 1 year old her name is piper she will come with a cage that she likes is hase a home in it that I built out of cardboard and he loves to sleep in it she sadly dose not talk but she is a very nice. Ird she can get rowdy and she dose step up but whean you put her up she will scream because she wants to stay out and whean you try to take her out she will do some kind of thing but after she is fine please contact me if you are interested amd she is a multiple person bird
