In used condition with normal outdoor wear. The top pole for the swings has a slight bend (wife and her sisters really wanted to try it out) many years ago and was going to put metal fence post in it to help but it has not effected usability with 5-8 kids playing on it without any issues. Daughter has grown out of it and no longer use it
