Spacious 11 ft x 12 ft private room available in a welcoming, family-friendly and LGBTQ+ friendly home. The room has its own private bathroom and separate entrance, giving you considerably more privacy than a typical room rental.

The home has plenty of shared space beyond the bedroom, including shared laundry, a separate adult living room, and a kids’ playroom with a couch, projector, and video games.

There is a fenced backyard, and pets are welcome with an additional pet deposit and monthly pet rent. Dogs and children already live in the home, so I’m looking for someone who will be comfortable in a family environment. Moms with children are especially welcome.

Off-street parking is provided, and I’m also willing to offer a rent discount in exchange for helping with yard work.

I am away from the home approximately half of each week, so although the common areas are shared, you’ll regularly have quite a bit of the house to yourself.
