Excellent views of valley and mountains, with beautiful sunrises. $650 for smaller room (blue carpet), $750 for larger room (beige carpet). $100 deposit (fully refundable), 6 or 12 month lease. Lease starts September 1st, but you can move in anytime before. Both rooms up 7 steps to upstairs bedrooms and bathrooms. Kitchen and living room on main level. Close to restaurants, shopping, groceries, and entertainment. This is a very peaceful and quiet place in the middle of the city. All the comforts of a city without all the noise. Being down a private lane also means no traffic or crime.

Rules Include: No smoking in the house or your room, only outdoors, on porch (seating provided), or lawn swing. No dogs. Single occupancy per room only. Only women upstairs. No overnight visitors without prior permission granted. We require two references before we consider renting to you.

Other Information: House has 3 bedrooms up, 3 down. Landlord is middle-aged male, living in basement. Downstairs has separate facilities, but the laundry is downstairs. My mom and aunt live in a separate mother-in-law apartment (all separate facilities) on the same 1/2 acre this home is on. Also, ducks and chickens reside in the back yard, along with what seems to be a bird sanctuary with a constant stream of all sorts of wild birds. If you want a safe place to stay, where you can feel at peace and not be harrased by anyone, you are welcome to come see if this is a good place for you to live. I also offer all tenants free oil changes and fluid checks on their vehicles.
