The motor spins very slowly, slipping the pulley along the belt. I'm thinking whatever the belt is turning needs to be loosened up, something could be stuck or just need cleaning and relubrication. If it doesn't sell as it is I'll be fixing it when I find time. It's in pretty good condition and seems very well made! Cash only.
