Selling this spacious pop-up trailer on behalf of a relative. It has a fantastic layout with a slide-out side dinette for extra interior room, making it feel much larger than a standard pop-up. Sleeps seven people. Perfect for someone handy who wants a great deal on a highly optioned trailer!

The story: My sister bought this tent trailer brand new in 2005. Her family used it for about 13 years and took fantastic care of it. Her husband was diagnosed with MS, and they could no longer enjoy going camping. He later died in 2024. We are selling this on my sister's behalf so that she doesn't have to deal with painful memories. Over the last few years, while it sat unused, it received some sun and weather damage, but is still in very good condition. You will see that it does need some TLC, but the price has been brought down accordingly.

How it sleeps 7:

One double bed sleeps two on the slide-out dining room table and benches.

One heated queen bed sleeps two in the back slide-out bed.

One heated king bed sleeps two in the front slide-out bed.

The couch folds down into a single bed for one person.

The Good:

• Dealer-installed air conditioning (blew cold when last used).

• Slide-out side dinette for maximum floor space.

• Factory heated mattresses for chilly nights.

• Canvas is in decent shape with 100% functioning zippers.

The Project / Needs Work:

• Roof Lift System: The motorized lift cables need a slight adjustment. They currently lift the roof all but the last two inches, which is needed to properly fit the door.

• Roof Edges: The plywood on the front and back lower edges of the roof need to be replaced.

• Hardware: The plastic corner brackets on the roof need to be replaced.

• Electrical: It could use a general inspection of the wiring.

• Needs a new water filter.

This is a well-loved camper with great amenities that just needs some TLC and DIY repair to be 100% camp-ready. Sold as-is.
