Want to try/play an Xbox without feeling obligated to own one?
I offer rentals of Xbox One / Xbox Series X/S consoles, controllers, accessories, games, and more.
Great for trying before buying, weekend gaming sessions, events, work/company parties, playing a specific game exclusive to the platform, or casual gaming without the obligation to permanently own the equipment.
If you like something enough to keep/own, most rental items are eligible for an ownership/purchase option. Restrictions may apply depending on the item, rental option, and circumstances.
If you’re hosting an event and are interested in renting 1 or multiple equipment setups or items and would possibly need or want delivery/pickup, setup/take-down, having me stay there for all/most of the event to manage, maintain, and troubleshoot equipment if and when needed, or multiple/all of the above, I may be able to assist with that for an additional price. Inquire for more info and provide the date, time, location, nature of your event, and any other relevant details so we can discuss possibilities.
Rentals have a 1st week price range followed by an applicable weekly/monthly rate unless stated otherwise as follows below:
XBOX ONE / XBOX SERIES X/S RENTALS & PRICING
Xbox One / Xbox Series X/S console options: $35–$90/1st week, $10–$30/week, $15–$30/month depending on the console and configuration.

Console rentals come with 1 controller and everything needed to get started apart from games, which are also available for rental.
EXTRA CONTROLLERS & EQUIPMENT
Extra Xbox controllers and other equipment are available for rent, with pricing depending on the specific item.

Other compatible controllers and accessories may be available upon request. If you see something in a picture you’re interested in, feel free to ask about it.
XBOX GAMES
Xbox game rentals: Starting at $10/1st rental period, with weekly/monthly rates depending on the game.
Game selection varies, with additional games available to choose from.
Game-only rentals have a $20 minimum rental charge. Discounts for multiple game rentals may be available for select games.
Exact 1st week, weekly, monthly, and refundable hardware deposit amounts for specific items are shown in a price chart in the listing pictures.
XBOX ACCESSORIES & ADDITIONAL EQUIPMENT
Xbox wireless headsets, Xbox Series X/S expansion cards, additional storage, and other Xbox accessories may also be available for rent.
Expansion card options may include 512GB, 1TB, 2TB, and 4TB capacities depending on availability.
Other accessories and equipment may be available upon request.
Renter can choose 1 of 2 methods to rent from me:
RENTAL OPTION 1 — RENT DIRECTLY FROM ME
Direct rentals require a refundable hardware deposit/collateral based on the approximate out-the-door retail cost of the rented equipment, including applicable sales tax based on MSRP.
Additional required rental components such as protective carrying cases may also be included in the refundable deposit total amount when applicable.
The deposit is not an additional rental fee/charge. It is fully refundable when all items are returned in the same condition, minus normal wear and tear in accordance with a rental agreement, but is intended to protect the rental equipment and provide collateral approximately equivalent to the replacement cost if equipment is not returned.
Only the refundable deposit $ is required upfront. The rental fee is due by the time the rental is returned and may be paid separately or deducted from the refundable deposit for convenience.
The total hardware deposit/collateral amount will be clearly itemized and shown in the listing corresponding pictures that reflect all included items and the total required amount added up.
If you cannot provide the full required refundable hardware deposit, the rental request may instead be eligible for Rental Option 2 below.
RENTAL OPTION 2 — PEER-TO-PEER RENTAL PLATFORM
Items may alternatively be available through a peer-to-peer rental platform I also use which can allow you to rent without providing a full retail-value hardware deposit required for a direct rental.
You must create an account and meet the platform’s applicable verification requirements for the platform to provide some rental property coverage based on its terms and requirements.
I can provide a referral sign-up link that may provide a $5 rental credit.
A 10–20% rental cost increase may apply through this option due to platform fees.
OWNERSHIP OPTION
If you decide you want to keep an eligible rental, the following ownership options may be available and most rental items are eligible for an ownership option, although certain items may be excluded or have different terms. Specific ownership terms and conditions are provided in the rental agreement before the rental begins.
Rental Option 1: If at any point during the rental period you decide you love any items enough to own, your hardware deposit can be used as payment toward keeping/owning any rentals and up to 100% of rent fees can be waived.
Rental Option 2: Up to 80% of rental fees paid through the platform can be credited toward ownership. If you continue renting or extend the rental period, additional rental fees may continue to accumulate toward the applicable ownership credit, subject to the rental agreement.
OTHER GAMING EQUIPMENT
Nintendo Switch, Nintendo Switch 2, PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X, Xbox Series S, Meta Quest 2, Meta Quest 3S, Meta Quest 3, and Apple Vision Pro VR/AR headsets, games, controllers, accessories, and other gaming equipment may also be available for rent.
Availability, pricing, and ownership options vary by item.
RESERVATIONS
Booking in advance is recommended, especially if you need a specific console, game, controller, or combination of equipment, but some if not all may be available on demand.
