We are offering two older, extremely gentle and experienced mules to good homes. Both are approximately 20 years old and have spent the last 4 years being used primarily as kid mules. They are dependable, quiet and easy to handle, making them excellent options for children, beginner riders or someone looking for a laid-back mule for shorter rides.

Ginger – Red/Reddish Mule Ginger is broke to ride, pack and pull a wagon. She is an exceptionally safe and gentle mule that anyone can ride. Our kids have ridden her extensively, and she has always been a trustworthy mount.

At her age, Ginger has slowed down and tends to lag behind on longer rides, so she is best suited for shorter trail rides, kids, beginners or someone who simply enjoys a slow, relaxed ride.

She has been wormed and had her teeth floated last year.

Dapple Grey Mule Our grey mule is broke to ride and pack and is another very gentle, seasoned mule. She has also been used primarily as a kid mule for the past 4 years and is suitable for children and inexperienced riders on shorter rides.

She is definitely a slow mule. She has favored a hind leg for several years, although she continues to get around and has been going year after year. As shown in the videos, she walks out quite well, but you can see her favor the leg when she is standing. We want to be completely transparent about this so she goes to the right home.

These aren’t young, high-energy mules looking to cover miles and miles of country. They are old, experienced, gentle and dependable, and they still have plenty to offer the right person.
