Awning is in awsome shape and was replaced several years ago it is a rare larger near 20F awning offering massive shade and comfort and opens and closes like brand new! Also keeps one bunk extra cool great for little ones in the heat of the day . The roof is in great condition it has never had any leaks or water damage anywhere.
Interior is clean and in great condition with very little wear. Clean and in great shape.
