Description: This is an older device but still could be used for a home lab or learning to tinker with servers. This server has been in storage for over a year, it has been powered up, factory reset and tested prior to making this listing. The server completes POST checks but there is 1 issue - There is an error on boot up that states:
"The battery hardware is missing or malfunctioning, or the battery is unplugged, or the battery could be fully discharged. If you continue to boot the system, the battery-backed cache will not function. If the battery is connected and has been allowed to charge for 30 minutes and this message continues to appear, then contact technical support for assistance."

This error is most likely due to the server being in storage and unused for over a years time. The battery may just need to charge while the server is running, Or the battery may need to be replaced. The cost to buy a new battery can be as low as $10-$15 on ebay.
