December 2021 Case CH-4M-SSL hydraulic hammer with universal skid steer quick-attach plate. Bought new (~$12k), ran it once for a few minutes, then switched to a mini-ex mounted breaker that fit my work better. Original factory moil point is still on it and the tip is sharp — clear in the photos. Video included showing it firing.
SPEC
• Model: CH-4M-SSL (PIN 14945) — Toku/Striker build for Case
• Impact energy class: 550 ft-lb
• Blow rate: 560–1,060 BPM
• Oil flow: 7.9–14.5 GPM (plate rated 11 GPM) — standard flow, fits most full-size skid steers
• Working pressure: 1,849 PSI (plate) / operating range ~1,450–2,320 PSI
• Weight: 911 lb
• Chisel diameter: 2.5" (64 mm)
• Universal SSL plate — Bobcat, Cat, John Deere, Kubota (shown on a Bobcat T66)
• Factory hoses and flat-face quick disconnects included
• Dual tool retainers, low recoil, two moving parts plus a gas charge
STORAGE
Stored outdoors under a tarp since 2021. Any breaker that sits for years wants its nitrogen charge checked before hard work — same advice I'd give on any used hammer. I've had it serviced and greased. Some cosmetic surface weathering from sitting out; mechanically it's a nearly unused hammer. The loader bucket visible in one photo is NOT included — only the breaker, plate, hoses, and couplers.
WHY THIS OVER A NEW IMPORT
New ~680 ft-lb imports run around $2,500 online. A comparable new Stanley MB05 / US-made equivalent is well over $10,000. This is a name-brand Case hammer (Toku America) with real seals and support, barely used, at a mid price.
Happy to do a video walk-around or FaceTime, or bring your machine and run it here.
Draper, UT. Cash preferred (wire/cashier's check OK). Reasonable offers considered — no trades.
