Hailun HG-178 in polished ebony, bought new in summer 2015, excellent condition throughout. Hailun's most popular grand and a two-time Dealers Choice Award winner. It has been well cared for, it plays beautifully, and it has no issues.

WARRANTY

Hailun's factory warranty is 15 years and is transferable to a second owner within the warranty period, so the balance — roughly four years, through summer 2030 — comes with the piano. I'd encourage you to verify it yourself rather than take my word for it: Hailun USA, or Brigham Larson Pianos in Orem, who are Utah's Hailun dealer.

SERVICE AND SUPPORT, LOCALLY

This matters more than people realize when buying any brand. Brigham Larson in Orem sells and services Hailun, twenty minutes away. Parts and technician access here is better than almost anywhere in the country.
