You’re invited to a 65th birthday party for the Humane Society of Utah, sponsored by KSL

The Humane Society of Utah is turning 65, and KSL Classifieds is sponsoring a birthday party to celebrate. You’re invited to attend the event on Saturday, July 12, 2025 at the Murray facility.

Join us to celebrate 65 years

This 65th birthday party will include all the festivities you’d expect to commemorate a major milestone. From 10 a.m. to 1 p.m., there will be a bounce house, carnival games, face painting, balloon art and more. Admission is free and open to all ages.

For more than six decades, the Humane Society of Utah has been an integral part of the community. From its humble beginnings as a small shelter in West Valley City, it’s now grown into the largest nonprofit shelter in the state.

Today, you can adopt pets at its 41,000-square-foot facility in Murray. You can also bring your pets in for vaccinations and spay/neuter services there or at its St. George clinic. Humane Society of Utah also provides support resources such as behavior training.
