Only steps to the beach. Come enjoy the beach, supplied with beach toys, beach chairs, an umbrella and wave boards. This condo is the perfect location for any vacationing family. Only 45 minutes to Disneyland, 30 minutes to Seaworld, and Legoland is only 10 minutes away. No Pets & No Smoking allowed in the condo or in the courtyard. Rentals are from Saturday to Saturday & the rates vary according to season. SUMMER - June, July & August are $1450 per week. FALL - September & October rates are $1050 per week WINTER - November, December, January & February rates are $900 per week. SPRING - March, April & May rates are $1050 per week. MONTHLY - January & February available @ a discounted rate with no tax for stays of 30 days or more HOLIDAY - weeks of Memorial Day, Labor Day & Thanksgiving week are $1150. The week between Christmas & New Years is $1350 + Tax @ 11.5% is added to the amount. The cleaning fee is included. We also require a $200 damage deposit that’s fully refundable. All rates are for payments by bank or personal check. Add 2% for Venmo or 3% for credit card payments.
