Only 45 minutes to Disneyland, 30 minutes to Seaworld, and Legoland is only 10 minutes away. No Pets & No Smoking allowed in the condo or in the courtyard. Rentals are from Saturday to Saturday & the rates vary according to season. SUMMER - June, July & August are $1450 per week. FALL - September & October rates are $1050 per week WINTER - November, December, January & February rates are $900 per week. SPRING - March, April & May rates are $1050 per week. MONTHLY - January & February available @ a discounted rate with no tax for stays of 30 days or more HOLIDAY - weeks of Memorial Day, Labor Day & Thanksgiving week are $1150. The week between Christmas & New Years is $1350 + Tax @ 11.5% is added to the amount. The cleaning fee is included. We also require a $200 damage deposit that’s fully refundable.
