The unit has an additional Murphy bed in the living area, so the unit can easily sleep 8. Unit has a full kitchen, sofa, and much more. My family has enjoyed using this unit for decades. But family medical problems have forced us to sell the timeshare. The unit has sliding glass doors out to a small patio. The unit has a beautiful view of Bear Lake. Ownership includes use of a swimming pool, hot tub, tennis courts, children's playground and other amenities. Is only a short drive to Garden City where there are numerous restaurants and stores. It is only a modest walk out to the lake. The yearly maintenance fees for this condo have been paid. The asking price includes the right for the week stay in September, 2026. Bear Lake is beautiful this time of year. Weather is usually good. Traffic at the lake is more modest. UPDATE: I have paid the maintenance fees for next year! So purchasing the timeshare right now gives you weekly stays this September and September 2027 without any annual fees.
