Amenities include: Private Bedroom, Private Full bathroom, Private Livingroom/Den, Shared Kitchen, Shared Washer and Dryer, Private Fridge and Freezer, High-speed internet, Xfinity TV, Garage or driveway parking, Storage Areas, Large yard, close to commuter routes. No Pets, No Smoking/Vaping.
$850/month utilities included. Available September first(Sooner if current renter leaves early). I would prefer a long-term tenant but I'm open to month-to-month for the right person. An additional bedroom is available for an additional $400. Deposit equal to the rent is required.
You will be sharing the house with the owner and his brother who will be living upstairs in the home. They have 3 dogs in the home that will stay upstairs. The home is on a quiet street off the main roads. Looking for a quiet professional person or couple.
