8 Member privately owned and managed houseboat located in a slip at Wahweap Marina with three plus weeks a year. Strong Operating Agreement and Rules and Regulations. Share includes a fixed summer week plus additional summer week and additional Fall/Spring Weeks which are chosen at annual meeting. Additional weeks at end of season or trade weeks with other owners. 7-day trips with transition on Thursdays to accommodate shorter weekend trips.
