Purchase price for this one week share is $5,000 plus $1,500 (1/2 of Annual Maintenance Fee)plus $500 assessment fee for slip. Powered with twin 5.0 Mercruiser engines with Bravo II drives, sleeps 8 inside, has 2 full bathrooms, a large galley bar with stools, stove, oven, microwave, TWO refrigerators, BBQ and trash compactor. It comes with solar Panels (really saves on generator use!), TV and stereo, heat pump with AC and Heat, generator, inverter with modern Solar battery systems, an engine systems battery charger, shore power, washer/dryer, chest freezer & slide. Awesome top deck with shade cover, lots of sleeping pads, and currently many toys on board such as kayaks. May use an extra week in spring or fall for additional fee. All weeks start and end on Sunday to Sunday. Boat managed by a group of owners to keep expenses down. Well maintained, regular upgrades done, good financials.
