This is a 2003 16' x 68' Destination houseboat. This boat is located at Wahweap Marina in Page, Arizona. This is an amazing boat and I wouldnt sell but my kids are growing and they have their own lives now and it is too much for just a few of us adults left to handle. The great this about this houseboat is that it has a huge swamp cooler that pumps lake water to keep you cool in addition to the AC unit so you get double the cooling power. There is also a full kitchen with a full size refridgerator and stove with oven. There is a microwave as well with a deep freezer up on the top deck for extra storage. There is amazing couches and love seats with recliners newly bought a year ago that are very comfy. There is 3 bedrooms 2 of which have bunk beds and one master bedroom with a kingsized bed. There is 2 full bathrooms with toilet and shower and sinks onboard the houseboat. There is a washer and dryer as well to do your laundry too. This houseboat has solar panels as well so you dont have to run the generator all the time which is super convenient. There is a bunch of mats onboard on the top deck incase you have lots of friends and family on board they can have something to sleep on. There is 2 flatscreens on the boat one in the master and one in the livingroom. There is two 100 gallon gas tanks and a 100 gallon toy tank. It has a 50 gallon fresh water tank and 200 gallon waste tank. This boat is equipped with a UV water filtration system as well so you always have safe clean drinking water on tap. There is 2 mercury 150hp outboard motors. What is also great about this houseboat are the other owners they are all extremely helpful if you have questions or need help with something. This timeshare is for 1/13th share of the boat. Whats also great is that you get 2 weeks of fun on the boat. The first week is between months of May-July and second week is from Aug-Oct and the dates move forward 2 weeks every year. Another great thing is if any of the other owners arent using their weeks you just have to pay a $50 fee to use their week. If your scheduled week doesnt work with you you can always talk to all the members and trade youe week with one of them they always are pretty reasonable. Another great thing I liked about this share is that the annual dues are due in quarters which are Feb, May, Aug, Nov and payments are $650. There is also a transfer fee of $300 upon purchasing the share. If you have any questions please let me know ill do my best to answer them.
