Prime weeks from Mid June through Mid Aug have been assigned up through 2032. Non-prime weeks are selected on a rotating selection at the annual meeting in November.

2026 Annual Dues: $7,500.00 per share (varies yr to yr)

2026 Turnaround: Approximately $1,200.00 plus fuel / (Owners clean the boat)

2026: Beach Bag Anchoring will be required ($1,500.00 per trip)
