Looking to sell RV quickly due to separation, we never took it out camping and used it only for living in. We replaced the carpet flooring with vinyl wood planks, and there is a new sink in the kitchen area. We had a cat so made a little entrance for her underneath the bed to go under. Air conditioner, stove, microwave, shower, and slide out all work. The awning feet and fabric have been professionally replaced in the past month. There is also a functioning solar panel on the roof, as well as a CB radio.
