Moog coil springs model 6454. I paid $140, selling for $60 OBO. I bought for my G20 Van, but they fit numerous vehicles including K series 4wd, P series, C10, C20 and Blazer. They are brand new in box, never installed. I opened the box to take the picture. I bought two by mistake. I'm in Evanston but can deliver to the Salt Lake or Ogden area.
