Fully furnished. Sleeps up to 10. 35ft. It's in almost perfect shape. We just replaced the batteries less than a year ago and they have a 10 year warranty. We've upgraded the sink and shower faucets. The queen mattress is new. The awning was replaced end of summer last year. It has outdoor speakers and lights. Outside shower. It has the Kong storage and lots of storage under the beds and tables. There are 2 sets of bunks in the back bedroom (4 beds) a queen in the other bedroom, couch folds down into a bed and the table converts to a bed. We'll leave everything in it: 4 comforter sets, all pots and pans, decorations, stock of rv toilet paper, outdoor rugs, citronella candles and lots of other camping essentials. Price is firm for now. Title in hand. It's at a storage in Tooele if you want to look at it. Great camper for a large family! Our oldest has moved out and we just don't need such a large camper anymore we're looking to downsize, and won't be leaving our generator. No issues with the camper.
