The water reservoir wicks up through the brush, wetting the gummed side of the tape, activating the adhesive. 3 Rolls of reinforced, water activated kraft tape are included. This would be perfect for the home or business shipper. Another plus, it does not make that horriffic sound the tape gun makes.
