1/18 share of a 65' pontoon houseboat with twin outboard motors along with a new 2026 Chaparral ski boat. The houseboat is moored in a slip at Bullfrog marina. Each share gets 2 or 3 weeks every year assigned on a rotating basis. The owner group is active and very good to work with. Dues are $2,400 per year which pays for the slip, insurance, repairs and an accrual to replace the ski boat on a periodic basis.
