THIS IS A GREAT DEAL on a well-maintained houseboat in a Wahweap Slip! Ownership requires $4,000. one time buy in, plus $3,500 annual maintenance fee (covers slip fees, insurance, maintenance, etc. The ownership price is low but we are careful to screen for solid owners only.
OWNER SCREENING: We have room for ONE maybe 2 owners for a total of 12. We are opening our group up to a couple of more owners but you must have houseboating experience and be an attentive owner. It is imperative that we have quality owners to ensure the boat is well-maintained and all have a great experience.
AMENITIES: For an 1997 boat, the Desert Phantom is an amazing boat with several bells and whistles. IT IS VERY WELL MAINTAINED AND IN WORKING ORDER!!
1997 60’x14’ Houseboat in a powered slip at Wahweap Marina
- Starlink Internet – Provides entertainment, but more important communication and safety (WIFI phone calling / texting way up lake)!
- DUAL Air Conditioners, Plus a 3rd mobile AC Unit - Sleep in the cool!
- Quiet Generator under the floor – Unlimited power
- 2 x 100 Engine Gas Tanks PLUS 3 x 100 gallon toy fuel tanks
- UV Water Filtering – Unlimited drinking water
- Solar Panels - Charges house batteries all day
- Inverter – runs all appliances except AC all day
- Beautiful LVP flooring recently installed
- 5 queen beds inside (one is a sofa bed)
- 8 mats and 2 queen air mattresses outside up top
- 4 Bedrooms Inside (all queens)
- Master bedroom
- Upper bedroom
- Lower bedroom
- Lower cuddy bedroom attached to lower bedroom
- 2 Bathrooms
- Master (40 gallon waste tank)
- Bathroom (40 gallon waste tank) with unlimited hot shower

- Upper and lower helm (must drive from lower in Marina area)

OFF SEASON USE: Owners have a prime week and then can use any other available week for $500/wk. We intentionally limit the number of owners so there are SEVERAL off season weeks available for use.
